Live versus Draft
A live project means that it can be viewed in the system. A draft project is
a project that a user is still working on. Draft projects can only be seen
by their owners. All projects start in draft mode by default.
If you are going to add files to your project it is reccommended that you initially
save your project in draft mode. When you are done adding files to your project then
you can upgrade your project to live status and let users view it.
